Depending on the model, the TravelMate Series' standard features may include: an Ethernet adapter, a Wireless Ethernet adapter, one or more PC Card slot.
They also include USB 2.0 ports, an optical drive, and 1 VGA port, Windows 2000, Windows XP or Vista along with specific acer own brand software.
Some come with a webcam and more bundled software that allows users to manipulate CD data, operate the included webcam, organise windows and empowering technology, a system that is designed to allow the safer, more comftable and practical use of the notebook.
