macfan9000: who looks at the instructions haa nice adambpaul030176: i've just watched this on my pismo g4 550 the original processor couldn't play youtube video... for ease of upgrade or repair, apple has never bettered this machine.
HappyHeathen1: the original g3 processor will handle a gig also. you have to remove the entire cpu and put in two 512mb sodimms.dryan2: i remeber being like 7 and thinking the pismo was the coolest thing the world has ever seen, but to this day i still like the design :

atarian345: 512mb is what apple officially says is the minimum. however, it is possible to take it to 1gig.johnodd4: a gig how the hell did you get a gig in there when the max the powerbook goes to is only 512 megs...
